Nokia has silently the first true "budget" Windows Phone smartphone announced 8. Dubbed the Nokia Lumia 620, it sports a 3.8-inch WVGA display with ClearBlack display. Its having a 5-megapixel on back and a front VGA camera on board and powered by dual-core processor with 1 GHz Snapdragon S4 with 512 MB RAM and 8 GB internal memory clocked which is expandable up to 64GB.
